But sometimes the print quality of the t-shirts could be improved as some of the prints fade quite quickly.

I placed a few orders a little while back. One of the orders had some errors in it and another was delayed in shipping. I messaged with the Threadless Help Team and had the privilege of working with Grace. She was awesome! Her customer service was exceptional and she was 100% on the ball. She definitely turned a questionable experience into a positive one. Thanks Grace!

I’m a classic T-shirt dude. I’ve been ordering from Threadless since I was in high school and I have always had such a positive experience with them. Whenever there’s an issue, I usually get a quick response solving my issue. They also have sales all the time and you can get so many great T-shirts.
Plus I love that they sometimes have donation efforts and other stuff like that.

My family and I are such big fans of Threadless! We have enjoyed their hoodies, artwork, masks, and many, many t-shirts over the years. Recently we mistakenly ordered an item in the wrong size, and they very graciously sent us one in the size we wanted. Fantastic customer service, thanks so much.

Grace and Julie Anna were the two help team members who worked with on tracking my order when the correct tracking link wasn't included and processing returns. I ordered 6 shirts in the same size but 4 didn't fit so they were able to help me get replacements in a size up free of course. Really kind and helpful

Utterly loved my t-shirts but ordered the wrong size, and amazingly Threadless is sending me out the correct size for free. I'm quite speechless with gratitude, what a lovely way to run a company

Even though I screwed up by ordering the wrong shirt, they let me keep it and sent the one I really wanted at no charge. Great policy, designs, and value.

The face mask looks good although after trying it I noticed very quickly that the design wasn't too comfortable, so I decided to sew the ends of the mask to allow the mask nicely cling to the face. Original design created holes and it didn't look like it should. I also added plastic strip to allow mask form around nose. Before it was just cotton. Now my mask looks like mask and fits perfectly.

I have been buying Threadless shirts and merch since 2005. I've purchased at least 50 shirts from them over the years and they do a great job. On the rare occasion when something funky happens and they get something wrong - Threadless will make it right. Their help team are fantastic and will make sure you end up a satisfied customer at the end of the day.

I am a huge tshirt fan! And... im good at it! I can wear a tshirt casually or i can make it look like a million bucks! All depends on the way you style it! That said... Threadless.com is absolutely my favorite place to find UNIQUE cool tshirts! Ive bought over 20! They are quality made ,and you can find any topic/idea that you could possibly dream up! Ive bought from many different TALENTED ARTISTS , from all over the world! I will continue to buy my tshirts from Threadless! I cant say enough great things about them!
